reminds me of my neighbors minivan that somehow locked a chipmunk inside the van overnight. There was not a salvageable piece of interior in that car and the wire harness was chewed up. The van was totaled by the insurance company.
Year later they had a new van, kids left a granola bar in the car that peaked the interest of a local black bear. Luckily the car was unlocked so the bear was able to open the door without damage however he/she ended up shredding the rear seat, tearing out the center console and ripping out the glove box in search for more sweets.
