Anybody Know About Chinese Loose Leaf Teas?
Starting last summer I started making Sun Tea on a daily basis. A blend of Jasmine Tea, Olong or Green Tea and Hybiscus flowers. It was really good..and I have actually felt better by drinking them.
This winter I have started to drink hot tea...and as such went down to the local Chinese Market....one store in paticular has a good selection of Loose and Tea bagged teas... So far I have tried loose leaf Jasmine, Formosa Oloong, Gun Powder, Tender tip Green, Lunghing green, White Tea Bai Mundan, Lichee Black tea, and Pu Erh.....
I especially like the Pu Erh ....But what I can not find is PU ERH CAKES...Anybody have any sources????
Also I have been kind of stuck on the more commerical imported brands such as Foo Joy, Heavenly Temple, Whole Dragon...
I am wondering if there is a big jump in quality from these commerical brands to botique on line selections?
There are so many different varietys that it is mind boggling...and I am just begininng on the journey...
So it is Kielbasa and Chinese tea.....an electics dream...
