I got mine in but not all the way.
I tried everything including freezing them and trying to sliding them in with soap the first time...wouldn't go in then tried 303 still couldn't get them all the way in. And this was with the fender bolts removed. I don't know what good it does to remove the bolts as the rubber piece has cut out slots rather than holes and remember at the rear of the fender past the second bolt the fender is welded to the cowl....
I wonder what the sequence of installation is at the factory since it appears that the gaskets are installed after the the bolts have been installed, the fender welded and then painted.

If you don't take the bolts all the way out you can cut a slot in the seal, but the correct way would be to remove the bolts, which are a booger to get to with the door on.
