Ok - I think I've got all the conversion rates worked out...
Our current price is between NZ$2.09 and NZ$2.20 a litre, which I think comes in at around US$10 gallon??? (Either way, pretty close to the Norway figures for a similar sized country)
Of course, most of the cost is made up of government levies rather than the raw per barrel cost translation.
