To get the cams out, remove the chain drives and gears, all the rockers and the cam will come out. Dont mix the thrust washers from the right and left side. They need to go back correctly.
Those tensioners wont reset as the oil fed ones do. when you put them back in, a long heavy screwdriver to press the pin in under the idler and a small hammer to tap the tensioner home. Get a set of guards for them, cheap insurance.
