My Redhawk is in .44 Mag, not .357. I have some hot loads for the R/H that push a 200 grain bullet at 1600 fps! Actually they are deer hunting loads. Before buying this ammo, I called the manufacturer (here in Georgia) and asked if they would be safe in a R/H. I was assured that it was one of the revolvers that they tested the load in before turning it loose. Makes about 1200 ft/lbs of muzzle energy. Kinda "snappy" recoil also! These are loads that I would not dare put into a Smith 29.
