Alright hot shot, then why don't you tell us why it wouldn't need leveled.
If they were cooking meth in there, the fumes will be in the carpet, and wall board, at a minimum. Meth is BAD, BAD news, and if there was an explosion, combined with the remediation of the chemicals, you might as well start new.
