I'm not sure why you'd want to go to the trouble. E-types are sexy enough compared to their impact bumper brethren. Series I seems to be the coveted model with its non synchro 1st and smaller motor. For something I'd want to drive, that's not going to make me open my wallet any wider.

I think someone makes a kit for the head lights. I could do that and install H1 halogens.
