There are some 16x8 but no larger unless you have a wheel made.

Its possible and has been done to cut two wheels in half and make a one wider wheel by welding the larger halves together (you may need more practice before trying this Leo).

Main catch with 16" wheels is finding good tires in that size, they are getting pretty rare especially for those with the need for a wider rear than the front.
