Street or racing? Racing, you would be best served by installing a five point harness. An old budget bucks racing trick is to remove the seat pad....the rails in the side of the seat keep you in place.

Or you can buy a racing seat, like Recaro or Corbin. They are nice and clingy, but are a pain if you keep them in a daily driver...
