1. Check wiring from MAF Sensor to Engine
Control Module (ECM) for continuity.
2. Check wiring from MAF Sensor to ECM
for short to ground.
Around all the O2 related codes there are suggestions of lose air intake tubes, fuel pump/filter problems, etc.
