There was a transformer right outside of my office window (back when I worked in a building with windows) that was hit by lighting. I just happened to be looking out the window at the thunderstorm when it was hit. The flash of lighting was bright and the pretty blue and green colors the transformer made were cool. Then the electricity went out for some reason. All the smoke and pretty colors leaked out.
