Watched Manhunter last night- that's some Michael Mann right there. The guy has a feel down, that is for sure. Lots of long shots of silhouetted people, places, with ominous music playing.
Miami Vice with serial killers.
I'm not a big serial killer movie guy though, so To Live and Die is still higher on my list.
