this one is in the short hallway connecting the bathroom, front room, bedroom, and master bedroom. it is not really a hallway at all, just a crossroads, so to speak.
the cold air is a problem. my plan is to finish painting and then close off the opening at the ceiling with a two layer panel of frosted plexiglass, sealed at the edges between the layers. we get the light, but not the cold (in the winter) nor the heat (in the summer).
