...and yes Grandstands are a little cozy to allow anyone to smoke, I agree with that.

..so I can see complaining if someone is blowing smoke in your face, or dropping ashes in your soup... ...but these ninnies that claim smelling a cig from 15 or 20' away OUTSIDE and that it makes you sick is pure psychosomatic baloney. Yeah, perhaps an open sewer or rotting meat, okay... but a little smoke? Car exhaust and other common outside scents are just as bad worse but you don't see people swooning when they walk near the street...
