Excerpt:
"I understand your ViewSonic unit still has the issues after doing all the troubleshooting procedure. I will be glad to assist you with your concern.
It is determined that your unit needs to be repaired."
Are they outsourcing the form letters too?

At least I get to move forward and get this thing shipped off.
