Dave, back when I was a kid living in Hawaii my mom signed my brother and I to go on a hike. We met a lady that had legs like an oak tree. She looked like she was 150 years old to us. she walked so fast we had to work hard to keep up. We walked along a ridge of mountains that was amazing. We got to the end and she said ok now we walk back. It was amazing.
