I'm taking Chem 180 this semester...first class I've taken in years:
The Chemistry of Beer and brewing. Part of the class requires calculating Moles which in turn requires knowledge of atomic weight, a key entry in the periodic table.
I've seen (and want) one of those posters that has a picture of each element on the table. Way cool! And to be able to link the table to something as noble as brewing beer? Priceless!
