The wanker wanted to "hear' me speak my languages.....I asked what languages he spoke and he said Canadien.....

Management staff that can't speak the worker's language and wonder why two people died last year in the factory. I told him I knew why they passed and suggested that a confined space training program in English AND Spanish would be a good idea.....but won't pass most OSHA inspections because even OSHA Inspectors don't pass Spanish certifications.

They were miffed when I suggested that only English speakers do HAZ duty and get a higher pay...

Here's a thought....hire MFs that speak the national language....oh and read it.....
