I've got control arms and struts and calipers on the bench and am doing the bushing thing. Patience is needed if you don't have Chuck's lathe, but I'm expecting an improvement. I'm installing zerks. Fun but time consuming. And as it turns out, my local dealership is NOT the speediest source for parts.
Squirt the bushings one at a time. Or squirt the sway bar bushings and drive. See if that does it. Then squirt the control arm bushings. See what is squeaking.
