Not by a long shot. Our glass house isn't stone resistant. Morally, we can't point the finger at everyone else until we stone proof our own digs.

It's a little of both and some of neither. There are rich folks who worked hard, worked smart, and reaped the rewards. There are some who chose their DNA well and only had to wait for the DNA donors to die. There are some who did indeed cheat and lie to get rich. In almost every case, money put them in a position of power, from which they could assure that the rules tended to keep them and their heirs wealthy.
