That's a tough one and I don't think there's a black and white answer. We can talk hypotheticals all day. I think it boils down to "how'd she handle it" more than how I'd handle it.
If I were present, and it was blatant, I'd simply tell the guy to knock it off. If he pursued, I'd have an issue with it. If it happened without me there, it's up to her to establish "the line" and enforce it.
