I will say this. We used to have a Sbarro at work, and one of the ladies who worked there had some sort of condition and had many scabby sores on her face. One day as I was walking up to order a slice of pizza, I caugher her scratching at the sores with her gloved hand. I never ate there again. I also was torn on whether to say anything to my coworkers who had also ordered Sbarro that day.
