He doesn't keep the hand towel to open the door? Not sure about retouching the faucet handle after washing but before drying off. I always figured I was shaking off the last of any germs.
I know one thing, I will often wash my hands before taking out my johnson to pee when in public places. When I left home, it was clean and I try to keep it that way.
