No, it does not warm up very smoothly.
Yes, the current condition (and the way it will stay) is fully leaned out on the thermostat-replacement screw.
Once warmed up the idle is high due to the worn throttle bodies and the throttle response below about 3000 rpm is not that great.
If we had the throttle bodies rebuilt I think the idle and warm up might be a little more refined.
