I tried the intake. Made it sound cool, but no power increase. A friends 924s has headers, and he said that the only gain was right up near redline and it was marginal.
Our motors are fairly well designed to get max hp from the factory. I know everyone says this and it was hard for me to accept for a few years. But, after I spent countless $$ searching for the hidden HP, I realized that if I want more power, save my pennies and buy a faster Porsche. So, instead of that, I threw ungodly ammounts of cash at my suspension and wheels/tires.
