try unplugging the oxy sensor and setting the CO to 3.5%. leave it unplugged. also check the operation of the frequency valve by unplugging the relay under the right seat, by the tunnel. if the idle drops, it's working, if not, a new relay usually fixes it. a blown dome light fuse cuts power to the relay.
