I collect bikes on and off, springers, anything banana seat if the price is right.
But I still don't understand paying 500 -1000 plus for a bikes an adult just should not ride anymore. I remember spending 180 on a springer stringray, then bring it home thinking, oh great now what. Lucky my kid was still young enough to ride it. It sitting in the basement wanting for grand kids. But ever since I never pay over a 100 bucks for a older bike.......Of course, that would be different if I stumbled on a some rarer type, but that has just not happen yet.
