No I don't have a cabinet shop. I am a painting contractor, C33 And yes I do entire houses by myself all the time, it's what I do. 3 to 6 weeks per project is about right.

That was just a blind rough estimate. 9,500 sounds good. 12,000 sounds better. I imagine it would be somewhere between the 2.

No employees, no comp.

You have a cabinet shop, right? The insurance cost should pass onto the home owner. I suppose you can do a whole house by yourself? You have to have some help unless the owner is willing to allow you to work at alone at it for the next two months. This is over 25 to 30 %.
