I see a lot of this sort of thing. I think there are a lot of people that "enjoy the project" more than having the product of the project. I don't mind some work, but I'd rather be out driving my dream car than building it.

When I see this sort of thing for sale, I always think "they found some huge issue when they got done, so now they are unloading it." I know that's not always the case, but I can't help it.
