I don't watch "talking dead" so I may have missed it, but what were the walkers feeding on at the start of the episode? I thought it was a cold open, and eventually the episode was going to explain this scene and it would be Shane's Rick's or the prisoner's body. Was it a cow?
What bothered me about the episode.
1. Just how careless are these people with their guns? Shane buried his(I know it was part of the story of the escape) but Rick giving Daryl's gun back to Carl--Daryl even mentioned that he "wanted to know what happended to his gun" After Rick killed Shane, he left both his and Shane's pistols on the ground?
2. Once again--why isn't Lorie watching Carl? He suddenly shows-up in the dark by himself?
3. All of a sudden there is a mad rush to get everyone inside the house and barricade the lower windows/doors--when all summer they were just lollygagging about the farm and sleeping in tents
4. The huge group of walkers at the end of the episode were just standing around in a clump of woods which isn't too far from the house, until they heard the gunifre from Shane/Carl and THEN get motivated to start walking towards a house where poeple have been all summer target practicing, shooting the barn walkers, and the lights?
5. I guess the writers realized that T-dog wasn't doing anything for the past several episodes, so last night they had him involved in EVERYTHING--thought that was funny.
Show is good, but could be excellent with some minor tweaks.
