Yes it does! Do not use that.

I'd do a water flush first, over-fill the expansion tank, the oil will rise to the top & get burped out the over-flow.

Simple green works well: I'd do a 1/2-1/2 flush with simple green should remove most all oil in it as well.

I'd check the over-the-counter flushers as well: most should tackle oil since water/oil mixing is very common. I'd flush once/twice or until all floating oil (on top of the water) is gone.
