So i think the court thing went well

judge says , got anything to ad ?
i'm like, well, not really, just that i don't understand the motivation for the negative advice of the DA (who sat left of the table).

Da goes, well, we think he went into hiding or something.

I argued, fine, but normal people don't simply abandon their entire life and business and posessions to go in to hiding for no reasons.

If he did go into hiding, then something or someone must have caused him to do so.
In that case, there's also the possibility that he has been found by that something or someone.
all that , just adds to the insecurity of his where abouts.

Judge quoted the relevant law, 3 months absent, 3 months no news.
He goes, well, he's been gone for what, 13 months now.. ok
And(turns to me ) you haven't had any news since februari 2011.

i'm like.. no, and to my knowledge, nobody else has either.

he closes the book and says "judgement on the 18th of April, you don't have to come round, you'll get a court letteR".


that was it, i'm thinking 90% sure he'll rule in favor of my request.
