I have always wanted a crossbow and it was featured on last weeks Top Shot. I grew up shooting bows and hunting birds with them. For some reason, my parents thought a crossbow was more dangerous and would not let me have one. Funny, as I used to carry a rifle in checked luggage to summer camp and back as a kid and owned a couple of bows. Hunting license at age 13.

I still want one. I think the .45 will be first, though.

Had another great day today with the missus. We went caving, lots of stalag thingies, up down and sideways. Had a big walk along a secluded beach, we were the only people there, surreal and beautiful. Saw some flooded sink holes, the water was amazingly clear. I think I'd like to scuba one day. I've snorkeled but never scuba.
