They didn't make a C4S in 1995, so that ad is suspect. One look at the engine intake would tell us when it was really made. Non-varioram would be '95, which wouldn't be a C4S. V-ram intake with no "varioram" script on it would be '96 (which is a difficult year to chip). '97s have "varioram" script on the intake. Not sure if they made them in '98, but most were turbos and cabs that year, IIRC.
