people can put that in their letters too (at some risk of clogging the legislative "system")
be sure write a rational letter - point out how clean the air is getting (from cars anyway)
how this will help out the poor (unless you are sure your person cares about "rich" Porsche owners)
and how the rise in hybrids and BEVs means that air quality will continue to improve even with this change
even if does not pass (this time) the input can serve as a base for the next time
