Not only that, but nobody was missing any shots... even Glenn in the bouncing SUV... and there was one scene where either Lori or Andrea was running away from some walkers and looked back over her shoulder and raised her gun and fired twice in about a second and a half
while she was running and made two headshots from about 50 feet.
Not likely.
