Dump the Holley system. I had that exact system on my '79 Jag with a Supercharged Ford 302 and it never was able to adjust to wide open throttle properly. It either ran really rich at idle or stumbled at WOT. Even with the supercharger disconnected. And whatever you do, don't run it without a proper cover on it or you'll end up on the losing end of a car fire like I did....
