Azzy, those print only PDF files are annoying. I hate them as well. I got one once from PCA national that did not even allow anyone to fill in the blanks on the computer. I was supposed to just print it and fill it in by hand. I just imported it into PhotoShop and filled in the blanks. I even edited the layout an made it all fit on one page by eliminating all the stuff that did not apply to us. I scanned my signature and dropped that into place. I saved it as a PDF and emailed it back to them. I refused to waste my money on postage.
They even replied wanting me to mail in in. I told them to print it out and mail it to themselves if they needed something from the mail man.
