yup. The rim would also fit a 356C disc brake car as well, but it would be date correct for a '66 911 or 912.
I would personally not use that tire for anything but display use. It is not safe for road use after all those years. It was probably manufactured before the introduction of DOT date codes. I highly doubt you will get it off the rim unscaved.
