catch 22.... you can try to sell the tire, but you will likely damage it (render it useless) when it comes off, so the buyer is left with nothing. Or you can try to take the tire off before selling, risking damaging the tire and then you have to find something else to use as a roller....
You COULD always try to offer the whole thing.
