It is not a blockage...I'm assuming you have a side spray to the faucet...there is a diverter in the spout that moves with water pressure and over time it loses it's lubrication... Take it apart again and use some heat proof grease to relube everything

The same thing will happen with toilet valves.
Actually with ball cocks the rubber disc seals get hard over time which causes them not to seal properly and can cause vibration noises as water is passing
