Wow. That was quick!
Not to shill, but I have to praise Bob's BMW's parts department here for a sec.:
Called mid-day Wednesday, checked on the price for the system cases and hardware. The fella I spoke with didn't have to look anything up, because they've already prepared order groups for common sets of stuff like this.
Price for the set was the same as when I last checked in late 2010, so great, I ordered 'em.
Thursday afternoon the boxes were delivered to my home outside Philadelphia.
That's one day, from the phone call to my front door.
Now, that is one fast, smooth, efficient fulfillment operation going on down there. Impressive.
