I live in a suburb that is 75% 65-and-older. We are starting to see this kind of behavior from young people... parking in red zones, blocking fire hydrants, parking in handicapped spots, and then walking away... simply because they are too lazy to walk 30 seconds and park in a legal spot.
They are completely dismissive of the senior citizens who try to explain to them that those spots are needed by other people.
Just out of curiosity, I wonder exactly how much of "bump" on their front bumper is required to activate their air bags...
