don't know if the service is still available but computer online guys pcmall and macmall had their warehouse on the east coast, located at an airport next to a fedex facility.
you could order as late as 11 PM west coast time and somehow get it delivered by ten am the next morning.
considering the three hour time difference, i assume they used a giant sling shot to get it here.
