You flatter yourself, tabby. Those who even remember who you are could really care less, and most don't even remember. You were the proverbial zit on their ass that popped long ago. We have seen many since, all similarly popped, dismissed, and forgotten.
Marc Sanders (aka "Drago" to his friends) however, was another story. The man who started the epic "BAW" threads and fanned their now legendary flames will never be forgotten in the R Gruppe - he became one of our most beloved members. That's right - after raking us over the coals, after starting and perpetuating one of the (probably
the) most epic R Gruppe bashing threads of all time (and there have been many), he left us with no other choice - we asked him to join. And, to our mutual benefit, he accepted.
One week ago today marked the third anniversary of Drago's untimely passing. Far too young, he had barely cracked 40 years of age. He left three young boys, the oldest of whom was eight at the time. He left an indelible mark on our club, and will always be remembered. Unlike you...
We held a memorial drive for the big guy last weekend up here in the PacWest region of the R Gruppe. RIP Drago, ya big lug.
