Thanks for the replay Leo.. (can I call you Leo?)

There is not much steel, and then it goes to rubber, connecting to the fuel filter accumulator assembly. I found a couple of possible solutions online...some nice double flare compression fittings that go to barb....which might be my solution...

Perhaps someone here knows a fix....replacing the lines actually does not look too hard...I am sure I can get soem steel fuel line and make one...., would like to patch it for now, and replace when I actually get it running and get my shop built...
