Yeah, interesting that you say that.
My first ride with semi-empty cases was to work this morning, and there were noticeable differences:
- Exhaust sounded different, which figures, because some if its sound is now blocked on the sides.
- Not that it's ever felt unsettled, but the bike felt a little more planted in the rear, and I noticed that the fuel tank light was on, so I kinda concluded that with a full take of gas it'd feel nice and planted both front and rear. Tire pressures this morning were 30/32.
Love the look with the bags, as it allows me to put the passenger seat cowling back on the bike, and still have some storage. Looks the business, to me anyway.
