A couple of passing thoughts...first, that does not look like damage from a jack as seen in your photos. It looks much more like impact damage from hitting road debris. There is directional scratching in the damaged areas is there not? Also, those fuel lines do not look closed off enough to keep the car from running, at least at lower speeds and above idle. It is of course a very good idea to resolve the damage, but I am just sayin' you may not solve your running problems by repairing these fuel lines...

By the way, of my 3 928's so far all of them have shown undercarriage impacts with something, and most of the rest of the 928's I have been under likewise...
