tmpusfugit: Thanks for the input...it does look directional...I noticed that as well, but on all four corners, including this one, you can make out what looks like an impression from the cups on a lift...so I was assuming that is what crushed the lines...could have very well been caused by dropping off a curb or something, she has had a rough life.
The PO said the car would run/ idle fine, but would vapor lock as they drove....one of those lines is very crushed, near flat.
As this car has been sitting longer than it should have, I am sure it will not solve all my running problems. I am replacing all the rubber fuel lines, fuel filter, both fuel pumps, the fuel strainer, the accumulator and already cleaned tank. I will be disassembling the CIS distributor, and anything else connected to the fuel system and clean, repair, rebuild, or whatever needs to be done...I am a month or so away from putting this all together.
